This pertains to to all information collected or submitted through the OutGrowth website. On our different webpages, you will have the opportunity to complete applications, provide various personal data and credit card details for secure online payments. The following are the types of personal information that we collect on these pages:

We use the information you provide about yourself when inquiring about or enrolling in a program and only as it relates to that program. We do not share this information (including email addresses) with outside parties except to the extent necessary to facilitate that program. The same applies to school and organization partnership inquiries via the website. No information will be shared with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to facilitate the program. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new programs and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the newsletter signup form, which is located through various avenues via the website. The same applies for the information session update sign up form. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the information session update request form located on the student page of our website. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For security purposes, we do not collect information from those we actually know are under 18 years of age, as our experiences are limited to students over 18 years of age. You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing us and inquiring directly. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
